JOIN (REGISTRATION)

 

   Registration at our website is FREE, you can become a member of Shopdist without any admission fee or membership charges.

   Everyone can use services of Shopdist, whether it is a member or not.

 

1. Instructions for sign up

 

   By following the instructions below, you can create your free membership of Shopdist

 

   •  Click on "Join" button at the front page

   •  Please read and agree to privacy policy and terms of service.

   •  Enter all required information.

   •  Registration complete.

 

   * In case if you forget your ID or PASSWORD, please contact Shopdist through e-mail.

 

 

2. How to edit personal information

 

   First, you need to log in to edit your information. Then, move to “My page and click “Edit info”. Password, name, phone number,

   address and zip code can be modified, except your ID. So please note in advance. If you want to modify your ID, you need to cancel your existing account

   and then create a new account again, please note that all the orders, points, etc. in the existing account will be discarded.

 

 

3. How to cancel membership

 

   Shopdist will try the best to serve all the customers with the greatest enthusiasm, please feel free to contact us if you have any problems or suggestions.

   Once you cancel your account, If you want to create an account again, used ID and e-mail can’t be used. please note in advance.

   Please see how to cancel the membership as follows

 

   I.   Check shopping list: Make sure all transactions are completed.

   II.  Check your membership account.

   III. Click on My Page, then click the cancel’’ terminate membership’’ button.

 

 

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

 

   •  Non-members: Members who are not enriched pouches

   •  General Membership: All members registered customers

   •  Special members: VIP, VVIP, VVIP members

 

   - VIP Members: Members who purchase KRW 300,000 or more in the previous month.

   - VVIP members: Members who purchase KRW 500,000 or more in the previous month.

   - VVVIP members: Members who purchase KRW 1,000,000 or more in the previous month.

 

 

1. General membership

 

   Benefits of having Shopdist Membership:

   

   • Convenient and Easy Access :

      One of the best privileges of Membership it is very easy to place orders every time. Members can easily access their orders, purchasing history, etc.
      It is much more convenient for a member to track his/her order statuses, make changes.
  •Points and perks:
     With each purchase, a member gets a certain amount of points, which a member can use for future purchases as money.
     In additions events and discount coupons available only for registered customers.

 

 

Note of Product Review Section

 

   Caution : Product Review section is for customers to express their opinions. However, in order to maintain a healthy atmosphere of our community,

                   we will delete the following reviews without notice, and we retain the right to cancel all purchasing points you've got.

   

   •  The contents of your reviews will be malicious or inappropriate

   •  Insults, indecent words

   •  Low evaluation: Short and insincere explanation

   •  The contents not related to the products

   •  The contents that reveal the decisive parts or detailed information of the products, not considering those who didn’t yet experience them

   •  Personal information such as names, phone number, address, e-mail and so on

   •  Expressions that force ones to agree with the opinion

   •  The contents which are different from the truth

   •  The complaints caused by the careless action, not confirming the notice of policy or service, already referred to our web site

2. Special (VIP, VVIP, VVVIP) members

 

   Purchase is possible. Special membership qualifications last for one month. We will proceed with a special membership upgrade on the 1st of the month.

   VIP members who make purchases of our products for a more standard amount (by grade) in the previous month.

   We will upgrade your membership on the 1st day of every following month. But, if a VIP member does not maintain purchasing for over standard amount (by grade) a month,

   one grade will be demoted. Purchases’ amounts paid by points are not included.

 

   Hot to become a VIP member:

   - VIP Members: Members who purchase KRW 300,000 or more in the previous month.

   - VVIP members: Members who purchase KRW 500,000 or more in the previous month.

   - VVVIP members: Members who purchase KRW 1,000,000 or more in the previous month.

 

   VIP Update Day: 1st day of every following month 

 

   Please note: Price for each membership level will be applied after you log in. 

    

   After login, please add items to your shopping cart.

 

   Special promotional rates are not available to know in advance until you are promoted to a special member.

   However, you can check the discount rate for each rank, and the discount rate for each brand is different.

1. Security

 

   Customer’s privacy and shopping information are encrypted with SSL secret code. So, we cannot see your Credit card number.

 

 

2. Minimum requirements for PC

 

   To use our web site, make sure that Window Internet Explorer version is more than 8.0. But we recommend using Internet Explorer 11.0 or more than 11.0.

 

 

PURCHASE

 

   I.   Find the desired product by categories or by the search engine at our website.

   II.  Click on the name or on the image of the product, and add it to the shopping cart (Click [Add to Cart] button).

   III. If you want to buy more than one product, click [Continue shopping] button 

   IV. You can see all the products you are willing to purchase in the [Shopping Cart], and click [Order] button if you are ready to place an order.

   V.  2nd Step of placing an order will be [Find you Shipping cost], on the page you have to choose a shipping method you want your order to be delivered

       and also please choose the country you want your order to be delivered 

   VI. The price list of shipping service will be shown to you after you will choose a shipping method and destination country.

       Referring to this price list you can choose which offered pre-paid amount would be most likely applied to your order. Then click [Next].

   VII. In step [Shipping Info], where you enter the address to where you want your order to be delivered (Destination info).

       If a customer and a recipient of the order are different, enter the shipping information of destination address.

       In other cases simply check [Same as the orderer's information] field and the system will fill in the destination info automatically by copying your membership info.

       Double-check the shipping info and click [Next];

   VIII. [Payment] is the 4th step, where you are suggested to choose a payment method for overall cost:

   IX. Click [Payment] button when everything has been double confirmed. And you will see ‘’Order Completed’’ on the page.

   X.  After an order is complete, order confirmation alert will be automatically sent to your e-mail address.

   

   * If the e-mail doesn’t arrive in a few minutes, it might be considered as a spam mail.    

     So please check your spam mail folder.

   * After the order shipped out, the e-mail alert will be sent to customer’s address.

   * All goods are shipped after your payment is confirmed.

   * We don’t take an order through phone or e-mail. So, please note this in advance.

 

 

MODIFY ORDER, CANCEL, EXCHANGE, RETURN, RETURN PROCESS

 

   Shopdist We will always do our best to ensure that your product arrives directly to you and in perfect condition.

   Unfortunately, shipping services cannot provide 100% perfect deliveries. Please understand that some uncertainties,

   mistakes and special circumstances could occur; so we want you to trust us and we will do our best to avoid or resolve them for your best.

   * Please note that shipping and handling costs policy are different depends on a different product.

 

 

Modification of order goods, cancellation (before shipment)

 

   1) Please contact Q & A bulletin board or e-mail us for order correction or cancellation.

 

   2) Once the order has been edited or cancelled, an email will be sent to you.

 

   Please contact us for more information. Please contact our customer service team to find out the cause of the problem.

   However, please note that if there is any damage to products, subsidiary materials and gifts, it can not be exchanged or returned.

   Please keep the boxes, wrapping paper, gifts, samples, and damaged items you received at the time of collection for accurate troubleshooting.

   Upon return or exchange request, we must first review the status of the returned product. If this is not a legitimate exchange and return request,

   we will refuse your request and we will not reimburse you for any additional shipping charges incurred.

 

 

Without reasons(after shipping)

 

   Due to the overseas direct transaction, the return of no reason after shipment is not possible in any case. Thank you for your understanding,

   and please make a careful purchasing decision.

 

 

Defective product

 

   If you receive a defective product. Please contact us through our Q&A page or by e-mail.

   After the order is shipped, small scratches or wrinkles in the paper case may occur during overseas shipment and customs clearance.

   Thank you for your understanding that we can not refund or exchange the case and packing paper damage related to the product.

 

   1) Exchange : Please contact us (defect image required) within 7 days after receipt of the item. We will exchange your product,

                          but please understand that it takes up to 10 business days (14 days) depending on overseas delivery.

 

   2) Return : Please contact us (defect image required) within 7 days after receipt of the item and your return will be processed.

                     Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival at our logistics centre. and it may take up to 5 business days (7 days)

                     *However, It may be refused if the defect cannot be found.

 

 

Error Delivery

 

   1) If you receive a wrong product, please contact us through our Q&A page or by e-mail.

 

   2) Exchange : Please contact us (wrong product image required) within 7 days after receipt of the item and your exchange will be processed,

                          but please understand that it takes up to 10 business days (14 days) depending on overseas delivery.

 

   3) Return: Please contact us (wrong product image required) within 7 days after receipt of the item and your return will be processed.

                    Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival at our logistics centre and it may take up to 5 business days (7 days)

 

 

Non-compliance with customs laws

 

   1) If the recipient doesn't follow the Domestic Import tax law, and the parcel is returned then all returning and additional shipping cost should be paid by the customer.

 

   2) The first shipping cost you paid is not refundable (or will be held from the order cost amount if it was a “free shipping” order)

 

 

Out of stock

 

   Sometimes, during packaging after an order was placed some items may occur to be out of stock or discontinued.

   
   1) We will contact you by phone or email if the product is out of stock or discontinued after payment.

 

   2) Out of stock items will be automatically cancelled and refunded when the out of stock item’s announced.

       If you want to cancel your entire order, please contact Q & A and email within a few days.

   

   3) You can see the details of ‘’the out of stock product’’ on your order.

 

   4) The refund amount is returned to the balance of the payment method you used to pay.

 

 

Return

 

   Please contact us through Q&A and e-mail before returning anything. After negotiation of the return procedure details,

   we will give you instructions how to send back returning products back to us. Please pack the contents carefully to avoid damage.

 

   1) Products must be shipped within 7 days of receipt.

 

   2) All FREE products and FREE gifts that were included to the order must be returned as well

 

   3) Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. We are unable to process your refund until we receive the product back.

 

   4) Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were delivered to you. Otherwise, we reserve a right to refuse in a refund.

 

   5) The returned items must be returned by "Registered airmail" or’’ EMS". Otherwise, returns and refunds will not be processed.

Points

          

   A Member-customer can pay an order cost by the Points, which he/she accumulated during shopping history.

   Every Shopdist’s member awarded by a certain amount of points after every purchasing.

 

   1. Points Earning Policy

 

   • Each time a member makes a purchase, a certain amount will be credited to the points.

   • Each time a member leaves a product review, they earn 0.1 points.

   • Points are awarded when customers register.

   • You can check your points on [My Page].

 

   2. Usage policy on points

 

   • 1 point = 1 KRW, points can be used after earning.

   • Points are valid for one year from the last order.

   • Points are not exchangeable for cash.

   • Non-members are unable to earn and purchase points. If you want to earn points, please sign up.

   • Points cannot be credited for points.

 

 

COUPON

 

   Coupon events are arranged by the Brand companies themselves. During the events, a certain range of products of a certain brand can be discounted for a limited period of time.
 
 
1. How to use

 

   I.   To apply a discount to the event product, a customer should issue the coupon for that certain product. If a product is in the coupon event list,

        there is [Issue a coupon] sign below product image

   II.  It is enough to issue a coupon of the certain brand only once because all of the coupon event products are uniformly assigned to one coupon.

   III. Add the coupon to the chosen product and proceed order placing.

   IV. At the stage of payment, check the field [Using coupon] and if there will be available coupons, similar to [Available coupons: ** EA]. 

   V.  Click [payment] button.

 

2. Special Notice

 

   • Coupons are disposable and cannot be applied again. (In this case please reissue a coupon)

   • If you already use a coupon when you order, it cannot be restored although you cancel the order. Please note.

   • Coupon discounts applied only on products assigned to it.

   • Expired coupons are invalid.
